If you are experiencing registration problems read below.
  1. Make sure you have followed the web address link we sent you in the confirmation email. Click on the link and it will take you to a special web address that will automatically confirm your access privileges. (AOL users will have a problem directly linking to the web address we send you. In order to confirm your access privileges, copy the web address and paste it directly into your web browser. That should bypass AOL's linking problem.)
  2. If you are still experiencing access problems make sure your web browser is accepting cookies. If your web browser is not accepting cookies our server will not recognize your access privileges.
  3. User name and passwords cannote be more than 10 characters long.
  4. If you access our website with a different computer or a different web browser from the one you originally registered with, you will need to re-enter your user name and password.
